My mother always told me:

"Have a hobby you can eat!"

 

I took that to both heart and stomach.

 

As soon as I was tall enough to stand on a chair and reach over the counter, my mom had me and my two older sisters helping in the kitchen. Working with her piqued my interest in baking, and since then, I have gone on to perfect my family's timeless recipes.

After I went to the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), I traveled from Cotulla, TX to Rochester, NY to my current home in Washington, DC.

 

I've worked at several bakeries, honed my skills, and now want to share my tasty treats with you!
